Check out one of the largest ABW implementation projects in Europe - Telia's generation telco workplace in Solna, Stockholm. To assist Telia to reach their goals of increasing collaboration among their colleagues and minimizing the overall office friction, Flowscape was brought in as a IT solution supplier.

Flowscape and Ericsson have started a cooperation, aiming to help Ericsson’s employees to easier find their colleagues and book available workspaces. At Ericsson’s head office in Kista the first step of the system installation has been completed, displaying a 70-inch Flowscape billboard with a demo version of the Flowmap.

We decided to turn our quest to reduce friction into a movie and used an artistic way to illustrate it. After shooting the scenes all over Stockholm last week, we are now putting together the final version. "The Flow" is released later in May and we are thrilled to see the result. Stay tuned.

In IFMA Workplace Evolutionaries' Webinar, Mats Mägiste, Head of Architecture IT/AT, presents how Telia Company in June 2016, implemented activity-based working in their head office. To support the agile culture, Flowscape's IT system, including room booking, Wayfinding and Colleague Finder, was installed.
