The impressive heritage with a 150 years old history defines the company alongside with an ambition to always develope it´s business, offer and ways of working. When the decision was made to redesign the Swedish headquarters from a traditional office landscape to an inspiring and activity-based office, Tikkurila wanted to ensure that solutions were found to meet the various challenges posed by such a change. For instance the Smartphone app that helps employees view the office on the way to the office or at work being able to book that first morning meeting. Sensors at the work stations that will make all occupied desks go red in the Flowmap instantly when somebody is sitting down.
